A new use for the web. John
An intelligent site built by a homeless person which through debate explores the condition of homlessness. Also it acts as a database for which friends and family may be able to trace their loved ones who may be on the streets. Damien

Having spoken to Steve I realise that he has a global vision of the homless problem being solved by the co-operation of ordinary people working together through the medium of the internet.I am now convinced that this can now work with the help of similar minded people, abrilliant idea yet so,so simple. George H
i have read the information on this site and i feel it is a very worth while cause..i was homeless myself for months and wish that i had had something like this to help me out during my hard times....i know how it feels to be out there...and no one deserves to feel like that...everyone needs a home. thank you desiree booth

Simple yet brilliant. This is the real soul of the web. Steve is achieving through the web that which society has washed it's hands of. good luck James Wilkinson
The recent Government campaign to encourage people not to give to beggars on the street is reported to have cost- 250,000 pounds. In many peoples eyes this is a complete waste of money. I am homeless and have created a web site to combat this at- www.hungryandhomeless.co.uk you can print off a flyer and give to a homeless person, checkout the interview link and you can also link to their preferred charities. Amazing story at http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/dynamic/news/top_story.html?in_review_id=34337 5&in_review_text_id=287228 and http://www.blamegovernment.co.uk/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?board=general&action=displa y&num=28 ----------------- Steve Grant
These people are making a difference to those who have great difficulty in helping themselves. A civilised society can only be judged so by virtue of the way it treats its most vulnerable. We accept that in relation to children and the disabled - what about the hungry and homeless? Simon Robertson
This is a site utilising the internet for its primary use. To educate people. To help people. Not to make money. Jamie Blackwell
This is exactly what the internet is about. People helping themselves and attracting attention to their cause in a way that has never been possible until now. Good Luck Steve..... James Wilkinson
This site help homeless people to make their lives better Emilio van barneveld
This site is terrific, and represents one of the great things about the internet: giving regular people -- from all walks of life -- a voice! I am a web designer (from Canada) by trade, and would be happy to assist this grass movement. But what these guys really need is some corporate involvement and government sponsorship! Matt Garvin
This website supports the concept of hungry & homeless people (often including schizophrenia sufferers among their number) being able to achieve results in the field of advocacy, via the Internet. Roger C. Gregory
